Michele Dyke
Hello! My name is Michele Dyke and I am a Regional Assistant Director with EAOP. I work with the communities of Elk Grove and Galt specifically Valley, Florin and Galt High Schools, Jackman and Rutter Middle Schools. I was born and raised in Berkeley, CA and I graduated from El Cerrito High School –go Gauchos! While in high school I participated in the UC Berkeley Professional Development Program (PDP), an academic preparation program. I cannot say enough about the many benefits of participating in academic preparation programs.
Degree: I graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development.
Hobbies: In my free time I enjoy reading and shopping.

Greetings! My name is Luis Miguel Esparza. I was born and raised in Oakland, California. I graduated from Oakland High School. As an Educational Partnership Manager (EPM) for the Early Academic Outreach Program I serve the communities of Dixon, Natomas, and Woodland.

- Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Chicana/o Studies from UC Davis
- Masters degree in Education (Higher Education Leadership) from California State University, Sacramento.
Hobbies: I enjoy playing basketball and baseball and I am a big Oakland A’s fan!

Greetings! My name is Hong Pham and I am a Regional Assistant Director for the Early Academic Outreach Program. I work in the Sacramento City Unified School District, specifically at Luther Burbank and Hiram Johnson High Schools, and Rosa Parks and Will C Wood Junior High Schools. I was raised in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area and graduated from Valley High School.

Rogelio Villagrana
I was born in the State of Zacatecas in México. I grew up in Fresno and graduated from Fresno High School (Go Warriors). I am a former Woodland School Board Trustee. I have a background in Youth Development. I have had extensive training in leadership development. As a Regional Assistant Director (RAD) for the Early Academic Outreach Program I serve the communities of Esparto, West Sacramento and Woodland. I have been married for 12 years to my wife Leticia and I have a two year old (Tlaloc) and a five year old (Tizoc). I look forward to working with you to provide access to higher education to our community’s youth.
Degrees:
- Bachelor of Arts in Chicana/o Studies & Rhetoric and Communications in 1998.
- Jurist Doctorate from the UC Davis School of Law in 2002 with a focused in the area of education law.
Hobbies: I enjoy taking pictures, fishing, golfing and playing Xbox. Mostly I enjoy spending time with my family.

Howard Willis
Greetings! My name is Howard Willis and I am a Regional Assistant Director with EAOP. I am excited and committed to serving and enhancing the college-going culture in the amazing schools in the Twin Rivers and Center Unified School Districts. I have been working in educational equity and access programs over 17 years as a Director of two similar federal programs; Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math and Science. My commitment extends beyond boundaries, as I am currently the President of the Northern California chapter of the Western Association of Educational Opportunity Personnel, which serves the states of California, Arizona, Nevada and the Pacific Islands.
What you should really know about me is that I LOVE the blessing in my life, MY SON! And I LOVE helping students fulfill their educational dreams and aspirations of not only going to college but also graduating from college and beyond!!!
