College Knowledge Sessions are grade-level workshops designed to equip students and families with the information needed to successfully navigate the college-going process. Because EAOP staff regularly attend University of California (UC), California State University (CSU), and educational conferences, the information presented is current, accurate, and reflective of the latest admission policies and trends.

- 9th Grade: Building strong academic habits, understanding graduation and college entrance requirements, and exploring future possibilities.
- 10th Grade: Developing leadership skills, exploring careers, and preparing for increased academic rigor.
- 11th Grade: College research, standardized testing information, financial aid awareness, and creating a competitive college application profile.
- 12th Grade: Completing college applications, financial aid applications, scholarships, decision-making, and preparing for the transition to higher education.
In addition to college preparation, these sessions help students develop practical life skills such as time management, goal setting, networking, financial literacy, professional communication, and self-advocacy—skills that support success both in college and beyond.
